The Gladiator is a heavy duty, zinc finished in ground unit designed to survive in any inner city environment.
The unit includes a steel backboard measuring 47” x 35” (120cm x 90cm) with a polycarbonate fascia featuring a silver finish and red and blue details. With an 18” (45cm) solid galvanised steel ring complete with a white 12 loop nylon net and a 10cm galvanised square pole with 5mm thickness, the unit can withstand a load bearing of 490kg. The unit offers a 48” (1.2m) extension. Pole padding is provided as standard for added player safety. The unit is EN1270 certified and comes with 8 year anti-rust warranty. Installation requires a 39” (1m) cube hole.
The groundsleeve is not included but is available to purchase separately. Backboard (65145) and ring (65266) replacements are also available.
The Gladiator in ground unit is approved by Basketball England and is therefore complete with the Basketball England logo on the backboard.

Please allow 2-3 additional business days for delivery of the Sure Shot units. For digital scoreboards, shot clocks and alternating possession arrows, please allow a further 1-2 weeks for delivery.
